Healthy “Salad” Smoothie Recipe

why you cannot have a tasty smoothie without straying from your well balanced meal plan. This is where this Healthy “Salad” Smoothie Recipe comes in!
What You Need:
- 1 (8 oz) container plain yogurt
- 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 stalk of celery, chopped
- 3 romaine lettuce leaves
- 1 TBSP onion, minced
- 6 ice cubes
- Salt and pepper to taste
How to Make It:
- Place the yogurt into the blender.
- Add all the vegetables.
- Place the ice on top.
- Puree until smooth.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Blend slightly to mix in the seasoning.
